To give you the best possible service, our delivery charges differ per your location and order size. A quotation for your delivery charge will be added to your quote, outlining the lead-time and shipping specification. All of our deliveries are tracked with our select courier with a quick and trusted service from our warehouse to your preferred location. We aim to complete and send out all our orders within 5 working days from artwork approval. With available international delivery options and the ability to send to multiple addresses, we have no hesitation in guaranteeing your order arriving on time to your specified location(s) with an expertly handled courier service. We will always confirm your lead time and delivery costs on your quote before you place the order and on your order confirmation.

Lead Times

Our turnaround times depend on the products ordered, branding methods that are chosen and delivery address. Upon quotation, the lead time will be confirmed but as a general guide, please see below. Please also note the below is based on delivery to a UK mainland address, lead times will differ if the delivery address is outside this area.

  • Plain stock: 1-2 working days
  • Branded clothing: 5 working days from artwork approval
  • Branded business gifts: 5-15 working days from artwork approval

Returns

We take great care with every order, with strict quality controls to ensure that your personalised itmes meet expectations every time. Due to the nature of product personalisation, as a standard rule, we do not accept refunds or returns unless a mistake has been made by Involution or the item is faulty. In the event that an item has been ordered and production has not taken place, we are able to offer a refund. In this case, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. With personalised items, please check over your quote and order notes to ensure personalisation is correct. If you notice an error, please contact our team as soon as possible.

If production has not begun, we can make alterations. If production has begun, we will not be able to make alterations or take responsibility for incorrect personalisation and no return / refund can be given. Should we have sent you a faulty or incorrectly personalised item through the fault of Involution, we will replace the item free of charge. Plain stock items can usually be returned and replaced if sizing doesn’t fit. We would advise that you request samples to avoid any unnecessarily large returns. Return requests must be made within 28 days of receiving the order for the return to be deemed eligible.
