GS YUASA – MOTOR PARTS DIRECT ONLINE GAME

By participating in the GS Yuasa online game (the “Promotion”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Promotion is open to residents of United Kingdom aged 18 or over.

1.2 Employees of GS Yuasa / Motor Parts Direct, its affiliates, distributors, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

1.3 Participants must have purchased qualifying products from an authorised Motor Parts Direct distributor to enter.

2. How to Enter

2.1 To participate, entrants must scan a QR connected to our products via website or platform.

2.2 Each unique code can only be used once.

2.3 Entries must be submitted before the deadline: 30-04-2026.

3. Prizes

3.1 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

3.2 Instant prizes include thermal drinks bottles.

3.3 All participants will automatically be entered into the Mega Prize Draw for a chance to win dual branded bodywarmers / 1 x £1000 holiday voucher which will be drawn after the competition end.

3.4 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.

4. Winner Notification & Prize Claims

4.1 Instant prize winners will be notified immediately via the game interface and via email.

4.2 To claim a prize, winners must visit Motor Parts Direct branch where they purchased their parts and present proof of participation.

4.3 Mega Prize Draw winners will be selected and announced on 1^st May 2026 via email.

5. General Conditions

5.1 GS Yuasa reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent activity.

5.2 If a prize remains unclaimed within 7 days of notification, GS Yuasa reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

5.3 The decision of GS Yuasa is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Data Protection

6.1 By entering, participants consent to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of administering the Promotion.

6.2 Personal data will be handled in accordance with GS Yuasa’s Privacy Policy (hyperlink).

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 GS Yuasa accepts no responsibility for technical issues preventing participation.

7.2 GS Yuasa is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from acceptance or use of any prize.

8. Changes & Termination

8.1 GS Yuasa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
