DELPHI SPIN THE WHEEL ONLINE GAME
By participating in the Delphi Spin the wheel online game (the “Promotion”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 or over.
1.2 Employees of Delphi Phinia UK its affiliates, distributors, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
1.3 Participants must have purchased qualifying products from an authorised GSF distributor to enter.
2. How to Enter
2.1 To participate, entrants must scan a QR connected to our products and enter via https://involution.co.uk/campaign/delphi-spin-to-win/GSF.
2.2 Each qualifying product purchased allows for one valid entry into the game.
2.3 Entries must be submitted before the deadline: 31st December 2025, 11:59PM BST.
2.4 A valid proof of purchase must be uploaded to validate the entry and claim any prize.
3. Prizes
3.1 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
3.2 Instant prizes include Delphi E-learning vouchers, Delphi Merchandise, DS580 Diagnostics kit, Training vouchers and Greggs vouchers.
3.3 All participants will automatically be entered into the DS580 kit prize draw for a chance to win.
3.4 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.
3.5 Should the proof of purchase not be validated, Delphi Phinia UK reserves the right to void the prize allocation.
3.6 The organisers will validate entries and arrange delivery of prizes for eligible winners within 14 days of entering.
4. Winner Notification & Prize Claims
4.1 Instant prize winners will be notified immediately via the game interface and via email.
4.2 Winners will receive an email to confirm how they are to claim their prize.
4.3 The Mega Prize Draw winner will be selected and notified via email on 31 December 2025.
5. General Conditions
5.1 Phinia Delphi UK LTD reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent activity.
5.2 If a prize remains unclaimed within 14 days of notification, Phinia Delphi UK LTD reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
5.3 The decision of Phinia Delphi UK LTD is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Data Protection
6.1 By entering, participants consent to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of administering the Promotion.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Phinia Delphi UK LTD accepts no responsibility for technical issues preventing participation.
7.2 Phinia Delphi UK LTD is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from acceptance or use of any prize.
8. Changes & Termination
8.1 Phinia Delphi UK LTD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
